Our accessibility commitment
Troobondr believes everyone should be able to find love with dignity. We are committed to making the Service usable by people with a wide range of abilities, including people with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities.
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, across our web and mobile experiences.
What we do
- Screen-reader compatibility — meaningful labels, proper landmarks and logical reading order for VoiceOver, TalkBack and NVDA.
- Sufficient colour contrast — text and interactive elements meet AA contrast targets; we never rely on colour alone to convey meaning.
- Keyboard accessibility — every core flow is navigable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
- Touch targets — appropriately sized interactive elements to reduce mis-taps.
- Alternative text — images and icons carry descriptive alt text where relevant.
- Clear language — plain, understandable wording across the product.
- Attention to cognitive ease — reduced clutter, predictable navigation and forgiving error messages.
Current status
Accessibility is a continuous journey. We run periodic audits with assistive-technology users and automated scanners, and our roadmap includes improvements to captions for media, custom font sizing and additional language support.
Room to improve
We are honest about our progress: some media and advanced features may not yet be fully accessible. We prioritise fixes by impact and publish improvements regularly.
